I applied online. I interviewed at Codvo.ai in Jan 2026
Interview
I had a worst and a disappointing experience while interviewing with Codvo.ai for the position of Data Scientist. They have a very unorganized interview process. The name of the HR is Harshita Tomar. She initially told me that there would be 2 rounds of technical discussion followed by Client round. The first 2 interviews conducted without any issues. After the 2nd interview, she told me that the interviewer wants to have a coding round for Python only (with no ML/DL questions) which will be an extra technical round. I agreed to that and scheduled that round. On the day of 3rd round when I joined the call, the HR said again that there will be only python coding question which she had told the interviewer to ask. When the interviewer joined the call he began by asking majority of ML/DL questions to which I answered most of them. During the interview, the interviewer sounded like not interested in the project as well as the answers which I am giving. For the sake of coding there was only one illogical question which he asked. Also, the interviewer sounded like an inexperienced person sitting on Senior position. I communicated the same to the HR after the interview completed. The HR said she will discuss this with the interviewer. The next day, when I called her, she didn't picked up my call. After calling and texting her several times, she reverted with an email of not proceeding with the candidature ahead. Neither she picked up my call nor she reverted with the feedback. I would say think twice before applying to the organization as they have a very inexperienced team (not all person/employees) and that don't have any experience of taking the interviews. Also, as I mentioned since the inexperienced ones are sitting on the senior positions, so you cannot expect any fruitful technical conversation from them. My efforts and time were wasted in this interview process.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Codvo.ai (Bengaluru) in Apr 2022
Interview
First they give you test from test gorilla along with a data science assignment from spark cognition ( which is a pretty long one) . Then a technical round happens.
There is no word from the recruiters about the further recruiting process. It is waste of time for me, since I had only agreed to interview after one of the company's managing partner reached out to me personally on LinkedIn.
