Fairly straightforward - asked about availability, experience, how I would handle different customer service situations. They also wanted to know what kind of coffee was my favorite, and if I liked tea.

How had I handled a previous interaction with an unhappy customer
Only 5 minutes.
The owner called me the day before and set an interview schedule. When I went to the interview at said time, he did not even have me in the schedule.

Interview
The Beanery was being opened as a franchise in my local high school to pay for a video class they were expanding. My teacher asked me if I wanted to work it, and I obliged.
