Interview
I went to NIIT technologies on 19/072015 for Noida location. First they took a test with is for Reasoning which is totally irrelevant. Then by long time waiting at 5 pm they organize another technical test because there were lots of candidate for interview. But there are very less guys who were taking interview. Finally they told you all may leave for today we'll contact you latter.
Very bad experience. I never faced such kind of situation.

No Projects. will keep you on bench and fire in 3-4 months. hiring is always on and projects are not there. don't join. ask for project specific interview before joining

First they took written test. After that they selected those students whoever has cleared the cut off. Then they took personal interview. And selected those students whoever qualified their interview.
