We appreciate this feedback – we are always looking to improve our processes and communication. Because this position works with a new product, we’ve had requests to provide more background information on how it fits with our suite of imprints in initial conversations, but we appreciate that this approach may not be desirable for everyone. It is certainly possible too much time was spent on our company history or product background. Additionally, since our hiring managers actually conduct all interviews, there may be tendency for the interviewer to provide more personal information on their background and history with the company so that the candidate gets a sense of who he or she may be working for. Either way, I think there could have been better clarity about this during the initial call. Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry that we've left you with a bad impression.
