Very relaxed; interviewed with one person for about 20 minutes. I didn't hear back from them for months (it was a contractor position) but finally did when they had a project for me.

Interview
Short phone interview, followed by a short in-person interview, followed by a writing test. The most important thing they want to know is if you can write properly. Not a very difficult interview.
Interviewer wanted to determine whether I was literate. He seemed satisfied to learn that I was. While I found my new colleagues to be quite capable, the bar was not set very high at interview.
