1 hour behavioral STARS style interview. Was clear and the interviewer was very kind. Good conversation and straightforward expectations from employment. Interviewer was open about discussing salary, benefits, work-life, location, and more during the interview, I appreciated the transparency.

Before even introducing ourselves the interviewer pressed me on how many applications and interviews I get, demanding numbers for each stage of interviews. Then she started saying that she’s asking because there are 3 rounds of interviews with hiring managers to come, and then potentially an interview with a client. The last one struck me as odd, you’re getting your clients to meet with someone who isn’t even a part of your company yet? Pretty strange in consultancy companies, seemed a bit of a red flag to me.
