Interview
The interview process is quite different from most other companies as they may ask you personal question such as what is your working lifestyle, your hobbies and many more. There will be not that difficult question as mostly you will able to answer them. There is some technical question in between the interview but they are not that hard to answer unless you don't know or you didn't learn that.

I attended CTS in my college campus. 1st round is Aptitude, 2nd round is GD, and then HR.
Further technical round after HR.
I failed in GD. But my friend cleared .
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cognizant (Calcutta)
Interview
It was a single round of interview(Walk in), after that I was given the list of documents which I was supposed to provide as I was selected. Few days after I got the offer letter which I accepted after which there was a huge delay from there side saying that they are waiting for business approval.

Question 1
Some questions form basic JAVA like interface, Collections. Some from transaction management and spring framework. Some from OOP design patterns
