Beware of SCAM !! Please read below: Cognizant interviews for Tibco skillset are big scam. Please avoid to save your time/energy. The company has been conducting interviews almost every alternate weekend from April/May/June 2018 for TIBCO, but till now they hardly recruited anyone and trying to fool around with the candidates. - 10-15 consultancies will call you to process your details for Cognizant permanent position - It does not matter if your interview is already scheduled through one consultancy, other consultancy will ask alternate email to create duplicate profiles in Cognizant portal - There is lot of dog fights between consultancies to get max profiles for interviews - Sometimes you will get mailers from Cognizant HR directly for interview process - They mention F2F interview, but in reality it will be telephonic interview with Chennai panel (for most of them) - The company motive is to have maximum number of candidates at interview venue,even if they dont have confirmed no. positions to offer - You will be asked to leave for the day after the first technical round itself even if you have answered decently - They will hand-pick some candidates for second technical round based on "unknown" criteria - You somehow manage to clear 2 technical rounds, they will tell you need to attend client interview - If you somehow manage to reach HR round , they are not good paymasters , you may be asked to join for a CTC less than your current CTC P.s: The questions asked by some of the panels are terrible and not a proper way to assess the technical abilities of candidates (forEg; they are asking where exactly the button is there in the BW tool for certain feature) I guess I am not the only one who faced this, there are many people who faced the same and got to know when we meet people from different companies who come to attend Cognizant interview.
