First round of the interview happened with a Associate Director which was fine. In 2nd level interview, they asked all developers level questions like what is this method in String class, what does that button do on entitlement etc. There were no questions related to the actual job description. Both interviewers were nice and all but expecting granularities of Apex and Visualforce from Pre-sales guys is too much. Finally offer came, but the band/position offered in the offer letter was different from what was agreed.
