Three rounds interviews. two are technical and one is HR. Technical is pretty cool but HR is very stubborn on pay scale. It took around three weeks time to get my offer letter and they were fine to extend my joining date

Interview
There are a lot of interviews and it is confussing.
First there was an interview with HR recruiter. It eventually turned out that she lied about the job title and description. Any way, just a regular HR interview.
Then there was a technical interview with a guy from India that was living in Chicago. The questions were OK... regular Java questions such as what do you know about Hibernate, SQL, Spring, what frameworks you know, etc. The hardest part was asking the guy to repeat the question because of accent, I was afraid he would think I didn't understant the topic of the question.
Then there was another technical interview, that was supposed to be about management... but since they lied about that, there's no point on telling you what they asked me.
Finally they do the med exams... before signing the contract... that was weird.
