Interview
It was smoothly conducted by cognizant team. The first round was aptitude test followed by Technical and HR interview separately. Main focus was to determine whether candidate is showing motivation or not.

Aptitude test was hard, Technical interview was easy and final HR was like a cakewalk. DO well in aptitude test rest you will do well. CTS puts lot of emphasis on Aptitude test
