Very structured process Telephonic Intro: It started with a telephonic introduction with the HR, who provided me details about how the interview process will look like in the coming days. The whole process will take a maximum of two weeks time. Second round: Technical round, wherein the key focus is to understand where do you fit in their team structure. The interview generally happens with a manager who will supposedly be your work manager once you’re hired. Third Round: Managerial round, comprised of the interview with the Practise lead. Here the focus is to go through company profile, what the culture is about. This round will comprise of many case based questions and your perspective jn problem solving techniques. HR round: If all goes well and you reach here, so a big congratulations because you have successfully cleared all the rounds.HR will be discussing your salary expectation - meaning what you expected and what they can offer. This is the prefect time to negotiate if you feel you’re underpaid. You may be able to cross question also about performance cycles, performance bonus etc. The offer letter is expected to reach you within a weeks time.
