I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Cognizant
Interview
It was a straightforward process. They focused more on understanding the personality rather than the skill set. The questions were typical hygiene questions(why CTS, what are your strengths and weaknesses) and based on prior work experience(lessons learnt).

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Cognizant (Bengaluru) in May 2021
Interview
The interview process was smooth and quick.
Applied through a friend. HR called and had initial screening and scheduled 1st round of interview. Interview was based mostly on my current role and how it aligns with the role that I'm applying for. Some technical questions were also asked. After a week had 2nd round of interview with the Director. More or less on same lines. Post interview the HR asked for a CIS form to be filled and Salary expectation. The most difficult part of the process is waiting. I got no correspondence for two weeks after filling the sheet. However be assured that if the HR asks for current company payslips, offer letter, CIS form then 99% you'll get the offer if you set decent salary expectations. The waiting period after final interview is tough and anxious but you'll get the offer if CIS form is filled. All the best!
