It has 3 stages. Aptitude , technical and HR. Aptitude is easy. Technical interview is little tough. HR is very easy. The time taken between these stages takes up to weeks and months

Interview process includes Technical Discussion, Managerial and HR Round. However, it depends on interviewer it may get wrap in one round itself. Experience is really good and interviewer is so friendly.

Its been 10 days , i have given the technical interview..but now there is no status update.
Cognizant HR is not responding at all, third party recruiter(Hiyamee) who is responsible for initial screening process and interview setup is also helpless now.
Moreover, I had to appear for technical interview process thrice because in first 2 calls, no panelist joined.
