Interview
Cognizant came to our college for campus recruitment. The hiring process has two steps. First, they have conducted a short aptitude test which has a verbal section and a quantitative aptitude section. The test was of medium difficulty Level was able to clear the test. The Next round was an interview round which has both technical and behavioral questions. Interviewer was cool and is ready to listen to your thoughts and opinions. I was able to answer most of the questions.

The questions included Sorting algorithms, swapping numbers without using third variable, why do you want to join our company, what do you know about our company,etc..
Smooth interview process as well as it was very interesting with ample feedback at the end. I enjoyed the conversation a lot and coverted the interview and accepted the offer.
