Had a HR phone screen then a call from an ER manager in India. Given a modeling assignment thereafter. Two week process. After following up with HR, I never received a response/decision. I find it pretty unprofessional to not receive any type of decision, given the time invested. I wouldn't have wasted my time if I knew in advance that I would lose time that I could have allocated to applying to other jobs.
Overall the interview experience was good . firstly they will give you an assignment, if you successfully completed it then they will call you for next round which is technical round . technical round is just checking the skills and knowledge you are possessing , did you are just thorough with it or not .

Interview
Submitted resume, received a response in a day or so to answer some citizenship/logistic questions. Forwarded resume to the hiring manager to set up a phone interview. Phone interview was with someone from India. Very difficult to understand due to accent and the quality of the phone call was scratchy. Was not asked to do a modeling assignment. Asked basic finance questions and previous experiences as well as a situational question.
