It was the worst interview process I have ever seen . First HR will call you and ask you the expectations regarding CTC you tell them and she says they can give you that much and then call you over the weekend for so called scheduled interview. When you visit at the location at 830 am in morning you will see huge queue of people around 500 to 600 standing for Registration and you will come to know that it's a drive. Considering that you have come so far you stand in queue and go for the interview. People are standing for hours they do not have any place to sit such careless attitude from a recognised organisation. In so much crowd people are again and again asking for results they are shouting at you and after this when you clear all rounds it took me around 4pm they told me to wait for HR. I was waiting and my HR round began at 9 pm in night that too telephonic. If you want to take telephonic why don't you ask candidate to leave for the day that's again one thing. Okay so in telephonic HR will make one more big joke she will offer you salary more than 20,000 than your annual pay in existing company 😂🤣😂🤣 ! Isn't it a joke when you are spending your whole day just for this moment. My point is when candidate has already told you expectations before even coming for interview why did you even call them if you cannot meet it ! If you are thinking that just because you got big name and it will make people join you then you are wrong. I just spent my whole day just for nothing! Respect people's time ! Worst experience will never ever visit cognizant again in life .
