The face-to-face interviews were held in a rent-an-office-for-a-day sort of place. Coffee, soda, and water were provided. The interview panel consisted of one official from the executive management cadre, 3 other senior manager types from operations, arch, and program management fronts, and one cocky, and arrogant & utterly obnoxious "junior program manager" (sounded like a Brit) who was more interested in making himself feel important by attempting to pretend that the rented facilities were in fact his 'colonial' inheritance in mis-placed colony (the US). Anyways, for all the high and mighty airs and hoopla, the interviewers seemed pretty wet behind the ears, with each one trying to outdo the next in extolling their own personal prowess & virtues...without making much of an impression...esp the brit guy...he was absolutely hilarious and downright abhorrent at the same time (had to struggle to keep from gagging in a lol or supress the urge to retch). Overall, none of these guys had any clue the real nuts & bolts of program management but seemed to only know of a few of the right yet rudimentary program and engagement level questions...I was dolefully disappointed by the show - I was expecting a good sparring match but ended up meeting with a few boy scouts. Buyer beware!
