for the Python Developer role consisted of multiple rounds, including a technical screening, coding assessment, and managerial discussion. The technical round focused on Python, Django, REST APIs, SQL queries, AWS services, and problem-solving skills. I was also asked about my experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and database optimization. The interviewer discussed real-time project scenarios and tested my understanding of backend development, microservices, and cloud deployment. I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cognizant (Bucharest, Bucuresti) in Mar 2026
Interview
I applied online and the process took about 2 weeks. I had an hr interview first, and afterwards a technical interview, no coding, just discussions on my background, behavioral and easy python questions. I wasn’t a perfect fit for the role as they were looking for django developers. It was overall a pleasent conversation but they didn’t come back with an answer to my application
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Cognizant (Mumbai) in Feb 2025
Interview
its straight forward and easy to crack focus on more technical part and sql questions and also there are many round present like aptitude and technical focus on more knowledge and dont bluff it
