I am sorry to hear that you have had a technical problem with the online application and were unable to contact us. This is certainly not the experience we would hope to give our applicants.
I have checked with our recruitment partner, and all emails received within their system and our own Careers inbox have been responded to. However, if you wish to make yourself known to us as soon as possible by emailing Careers@cognosis.co.uk, I will investigate what went wrong and what we can do to correct the situation.
