I was taken through the entire application cycle, all the way to a final interview day where I spent 3 hours of my time interviewing with various employees, only to be told they do not need someone with my degree. Unbelievable to have been taken through this entire process and be told the reason they did not give me an offer is because they were not looking to hire someone like me in the first place. Seems to me like a disorganized and irresponsible hiring team!

I did an in-person interview, and I talked with 6 CFR team staff (from all levels) for 30 minutes each. In the middle of our interview process, our cohort had a lunch together with the whole team.
