Random! There was no process whatsoever. Very immature Interviewer asking random things. A clear case of undeserving person running the show. What are this persons credentials to lead a growth team! Extremely funny that organisation has grown as big but founders and the management are trusting such crucial wing with someone who lacks experience and pedigree! Im assuming inexperience there as well. Its not about no of years of work experience! I'm sure the CEO understands the importance of DATA and analytics and so called 'GROWTH' ! You guys have built a solid business! Please get right(deserving) people to lead growth so that you rope in seasoned executives to leverage data to take it to the next level.
