It was quite fast and effective. First I got the invitation for an interview from the HR and talked about the position with HR. Afterwards I had a meeting with my department head (who i'll be reporting) and he explained me the position and what i'll be doing. After that I had a meeting with someone from a different department, just so they can understand if I suit their company culture. Lastly I got interviewed by one of the board members and I got the offer.
