The office is on the keycard-access-only 6th floor so you'll have to check in on the 5th floor and wait for the interviewer to come down and escort you back up. The office environment is fairly modern, focused, and very open. Dress is "agency hip / casual" so a tie during a normal work day would be overdoing it. I wore a sweater, khakis and a tie and nobody snickered at me. They do their research on you before you show up so most of it feels like they're deciphering if your personality would fit the rest of the team. They are laid back but passionate about what they do. Everyone is fairly specialized and usually the best of the best. If you're coming from a recruiter, they will have already broken down your skills to the hiring manager so it's a great time to tell a story about a previous experience to show your personality. They deal with clients in the food and beverage industries, education, lottery, seafood, and entertainment industries but they're always looking for new business in many different industries including apparel, and women-focused brands. If you have experience in any of these industries, highlight those in your interview.
