Collectiv Food interview questions

I went through 3 interviews with 4 people, including a Vice President. Both virtual and in person interviews. I was offered a position and accepted. Contract was delayed because needed signature from CEO so they must have been aware of the position. I was then called by someone I hadn't spoken to and told there was no position at all - that she hadn't communicated it properly to anyone before going on leave! The most unorganised company I have ever dealt with, absolutely atrocious! After this call I was never contacted again by anyone I had actually spoken to during the process

The interview process was incredibly quick and efficient, featuring three 30/45 minute 1 on 1 interviews over a week and a written task to be submitted after the first interview. The task was to come up with an Instagram strategy and a plan for a series of 10 customer newsletters.
