I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Collectors Alliance (Lakewood, NJ)
Interview
In person interview with a couple of different managers. Shadowed a couple of "veteran" sales reps.. Fairly straight forward interview process, nothing too difficult. The office is always loud so it was hard to really hear the phone reps.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Collectors Alliance (Lakewood, NJ) in May 2012
Interview
Nice, short, asked about prior phone sales experence. Lasted an hour or so, not at all tough. Interviewer was polite and upbeat. Covered coins, selling, and customer care. Went over systems, billing procedeure, and returns. Asked about prior work places and how that experence would apply to the current position. Nothing too difficult, if you had a decent outbound sales, and positive outlook.
