College Foundation interview questions

I had two rounds of interviews at the CFI campus in Raleigh and the entire process was very quick. From the time I submitted my resume until I received a final decision was exactly a month. The process was very smooth until I learned that they contacted my current employer without communicating with me. They contacted them in between my first and second interviews and without extending an offer, which made my current work environment very uncomfortable.
