The position was for the College Link and not for a customer.
The process was structured and according to what the marketing industry dictates.
Steps like : Interview, IQ based questions, deliverables for topics that you should handled in the everyday work and final interview.
Overall a very good journey with defined and well communicated steps until the point that I discovered that the person College Link hired seems to be in the close circle of some College Link employees. Nice part is that there are together in a photo in social media with the hiring manager and others (social media sucks be careful next time). I am not going to judge if this was the right choice or not.
When you are an HR company its not all about the process but the most important part is the ethics especially when you are trying to be a role model. It is really disappointing to spend personal time gather so much attention for a role with hundreds of applicants and see that everything was just a nice click bait in order to attract people to register in the platform since the winner was known from the beginning.
