I had a phone interview that was set up by email and lasted about 30-45 minutes. The questions were fairly typical of an interview. What are you passed experiences, how do you deal with conflict, etc. It also included lots of time to talk about what I was looking for in a work environment.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Colleton Medical Center in Feb 2014

Interview

It was very hard to get an interview. I initially applied to the positions several times with out getting a response. Finally I went and requested to speak to the hiring manager.( I don's suggest that now) They filter applications at an outside location. If your application does not have the key words it is hard for it to ever reach the hiring manager. Persistence is the key.
