Overall the interview process was standard - initial phone call with the recruiter first and then I was asked to go to the office for an onsite interview with the team. After that, I was told I would hear back from the recruiter with an update of whether I was a good fit but was “ghosted” completely - my emails were not responded and I overall gave up on continuing with this opportunity. They did not seem to really know what they wanted out of this position and were not good about following up.
I had 3 interviews and all were video interviews through Microsoft Teams. Great process, learned more about the company and what was expected of the job. The first interview was through the talent acquisition manager. The second was with the marketing manager and the last was with the marketing director and marketing associate.

2 interviews + an extended design assignment that needed to be finished in 24hours. Didnt get hired, but the position was posted again twice after a week or 2, and the recruiter stop responding to inquiries. Over all the interview was fine, but the process is strange and even give me a feeling of data collection instead of hiring.
