Interview
Really efficient, smooth and structured interview process. After a phone call with the very lovely recruitment lady, I got first round of interview about the role and myself. Later on, a coding task on Java + API, and then technical interview.
In general, questions were good and panellists were very professional, friendly and welcoming during the process. Many jokes in the interview 😊 Relaxed and informal atmosphere. Never judgmental attitude or arrogant behaviour. This gave me a great impression of the team. Really nice experience.

Competency based good questions. Focused on my skills and work experience. Practical scenarios with some challenges and how to handle them. Also questions on career aspirations and willingness to work.
