Interview
You will be asked to fill out a 4 page application. The last page will have a math test that you are not allowed to use a calculator to complete. You will then be given a typing test, a 10 key test, and an Excel test. After all of this, you will be brought into a room and given a brochure. You will be told to memorize this brochure as you will be expected to give a "sales pitch" to the interviewer. Eventually, the interviewer will show up to actually talk to you after you have already been there waiting for 2 hours. After your sales pitch you will be asked a bunch of ridiculous questions (favorite food, how long it took you to drive there, the address of the building, whether or not you smoke). The whole process took 4 hours.

Interview
Very long, my entire interview last 4 + hours mostly because the owner interviewer was busy cooking breakfast. I accepted the job and it was a huge mistake. All the signs were there should have gone with my gut that day. They classify you as a salary employee but pay like an hourly employee. Commission is very low and you will have to sell a million pieces or more a week to begin earning any additional $$$
