Colorado State Public Defender interview questions

I had two interviews with the CSPD, one through a job fair and I was then contacted for a second interview. Both interview processes went well, especially the second interview because I had more time to speaker with the interviewer. I find that I can be kind of awkward in interviews due to nervousness, but my second interview really felt like a conversation without all of the awkward pauses that usually come with a job interview.

Relatively easy interview process. It was clear they were really focused on finding individuals that are truly passionate about indigent defense and want to work there after graduation rather than just using it as a stepping stone.
