You must go through 3 interviews with different people in the department. This may be over the phone or in person. The culture is strong, and if you don't fit the culture, you will not succeed and not be hired
Very short phone interview, not many questions asked. Was not really enough to guage if it was even a company I would want to work for. Don't really have anything else to add.

Interview
Phone interview, in person interview, and then another in person interview before an offer was extended. The whole process took about three weeks. I interviewed with the loan officer that I would work for, along with another loan officer assistant and the Operations manager. I brought a letter of recommendation with me to the job and copies of my resume.
