I applied for an intership and, 3 weeks later, received an e-mail with the interview informations. It was an individual interview that took 40 minutes. I had to wait 1 hour and a half to be interviewed. There are 3 people awaiting to be interviewed because the interviewer was late... They don't have a human resources departament. The interviews are with de CEO and she didn't seem very interested in follow the normal interview procedures. She told me that I probably would get the job but I had to wait one month until know it for sure.
