Interview
I was given a task to write a complex backend application, a difficult task for the Junior Position I applied. This took me full 7 days to complete, and I believe the application was functional. Despite this, I received a generic email about "proceeding with other applicants", with NO CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK whatsoever. This is despite a promise for a final call from the interviewer initially when I was given this task.
The interviewer seemed disorganized and unprepared, repeatedly asked irrelevant questions, and failed to explain the role clearly. The process felt rushed and unprofessional, leaving me with a poor impression of the company
