Easily one of the best interview processes I went through over the course of 3 months. Within a couple of days after applying I was invited for a phone screen with their global TA manager. They were responsive and an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the process. This alone would have set this experience above the rest for me. I was scheduled with the hiring manager for the next day and then given a take home assignment before meeting with an engineer to drill into my project. The format of the take home allowed me to be creative and showcase what I do in a real world scenario, versus leveraging all of the DSA and System Design fundamentals I had been cramming for most of the other interviews I was taking. The next steps were a more in depth technical conversation with the hiring manager, 2 calls with leaders in the pre-sales and post-sales CS groups, and then a final interview with a co-founder. Start to finish I had an offer in about 3 weeks.
