I interviewed for a position in the sales team, through a recruitment firm. The face to face interview was fine, questions were based around experience and selling scenarios initially. They had a strong focus on difficult vendor relationships which indicated the company may have been hard to deal with. The post interview process was exceptionally poor, it took the company many weeks to even make a decision and the feedback was incredibly poor and irrelevant. I would not waste time and interview with them.
