Long interview process. First round is a zoom call with multiple people. Second round is in person with multiple interviews with different people. Third round is where they call your references. They called all of my references and never let me know if I didn’t get the job. Felt like I wasted my time preparing and felt like it was a direct reflection of themselves by not contacting me after to let me know they were passing on me.
