Hiring and interview process was quite good. HR was really helpful in each and every round. He used to keep updated with each and every activity and always motivated me for next rounds. All rounds were good, except last round who was held with Head of Marketing, Mr Anand. I respect him, he has excellent knowledge in digital marketing, but just by visiting website for 5seconds doesn't means that candidate is worst. He started asking me who took your interview, how he took your interview till last round. He was trying to call that employee who conducted 2nd (technical) and 3round(assignment).
Don't know how someone can decide candidate work by seeing website in 5seconds. Let me know such skills, it will definitely help us in auditing website in minutes. Atleast you should respect the candidate efforts, as he won't have directly come on final round.

Interview
Everything was smooth until the last round which was the biggest mistake I have made and wasted my time in assignment and technical round. At final round Mr Anand has taken the interview which was good and I was hoping for selection. But don't know what types of SEO guys they are looking may be they should look for some Google people rather than wasting others people time and energy by taking interview all around though I have got offers from 2 companies which are US based they have appreciated my knowledge and skills in there project. I advice CP kindly don't waste people time if you cannot select or afford to pay them.
