Interview Title: Senior Manager, Executive Operations Overall, the interview process was professional and well organized; however, my experience did not feel like a two-way conversation. The interview was highly structured and often included multiple questions combined into a single prompt, which made it challenging to provide thoughtful, complete responses. I left the interview feeling that the format was more of an interrogation than a dialogue. For candidates who perform best in a conversational interview where there is an opportunity to discuss experiences, ask clarifying questions, and build rapport, this style may feel difficult. While I appreciate the opportunity to interview and understand that every interviewer has a different approach, I ultimately withdrew my candidacy because I did not feel the interview process reflected the collaborative working relationship I am seeking.
