1 face to face interview, held at one of the office locations. This was job role specific, with questions to test background and experience as suited for the role. 2 online calls were less structured, more of an informal discussion. The interviews involved CEO and senior staff / colleagues . There was also a written task. Questions were probing so it felt like a thorough process, but also genuinely seemed to be 2-way, and seeking to be transparent about how the organisation operates to try and make sure the role was the right fit for me, and encourage me to ask questions to find out what I wanted through the process. Also despite there being several stages, I found this was all organised quickly and efficiently, and clearly communicated throughout.
