Professional, yet personal as well. No invasive questioning but the interviewer made me feel like she was really trying to help me evaluate the facility for my own opinions. They answered many of my questions about the facility honestly and never attempted to scare or scrutinize my knowledge. After the interview, I waited a few days and then called her back and was awarded the job.

Applied online then had 2 phone interviews with HR and unit manager. After that a face to face interview with manager. Took about 3 weeks till I get an offer.
