      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CommunityRoot in Jan 2017

      Interview

A couple questions on your background, resume, and what you want to get out of this internship mainly. The interviewer was polite and tells you more about the company. Really have to take initiative during the internship to get anything out of it though.

      Question 1

Tell me about a time where your organization skills were challenged?

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CommunityRoot in Feb 2018

      Interview

Someone reached out to me a week after I submitted my application. Took them around 3 weeks to set up a phone interview. The person on the phone seemed very disinterested. It was basically a sales internship, based on commission.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at CommunityRoot (Ban Som Phone)

      Interview

They emailed me about a time to chat and someone called me. The questions were all predesigned and the interviewer didn't seem to care about my answers, she seemed to just gloss over what I said and went onto the next question.

      Interview

I sent my resume in and I got a response back that they wanted to proceed with a phone interview. The person I interviewed with asked a few questions, explained the start up's goals and expectations for the position, and then asked if I had any questions. At the end of the week I got an email with an offer.
