Compass Rose Benefits Group interview questions

Interviewed with the CFO, Comptroller, and a member of the HR staff. Overall, the interview went well. I wasn't stumped by any questions they asked. I didn't feel that the CFO and Comptroller asked enough questions though. They all did a fantastic job of explaining the position, the company, the company culture, and the benefits offered. Benefits are outstanding at this company. I was surprised that a member of the HR staff sat in on the interview. I've never experienced this before. The HR staff member kind of took charge of the interview near the end which I thought was kind of odd.
