I was emailed to set up an initial interview. When I arrived I was in a group with about 10 other women who were being interviewed for the same position. We were all brought into a room and told to share information about ourselves and told about the position. We were then given a sheet of paper to fill out answering questions about ourselves. The second round interviews were one on one with the office manager and the owner.
