Interview
I applied through chetanas forum website.
There were four rounds in interview process. HR round is not an elimination round.
1. Aptitude & Technical Written Test - 40 aptitude questions and 30 technical questions (Basic questions on HTML, OOP, Database). Aptitude questions were basic questions, reasoning was tough.
2. Group Discussion.
3. Technical Round (face to face round).
4. HR - Discussion about family background.

Interview
Three are mainly three rounds. With technical team, with managers and finally with Recruitment Head. Someone person is asked to leave right away and the review is done behind the scenes. You can make out if you are selected or not based on your own response. Sometimes there is a first level interview with Recruitment team where they ask generic questions.

They basically ask whatever is written in the Resume. Not any wierd and out of topic questions.

Interview
first round was written test which is quite simple. But, the shortlist was made by sectional wise cutoff marks. so one never expect that it has 3 sections (aptitude, critical thinking, technical) because before the test we were informed as only 2 sections (aptitude, technical) . so we may commit mistake by answering only few questions in critical reasoning and thinking that this section will be covered in aptitude itself. so we might be disqualified.
