Interview
The interview process was confusing and felt impersonal—no conversation, no intro, just a timed 30-minute programming test (honor system) right away. The test was used as a strict pass/fail filter.

Question 1
They will asked the candidate to take a 30-minute MIIS programming test as the first step, and had to score at least 17 out of 20 to move forward.
Started with a 20 question programming aptitude test. It was fairly easy from a computer science BS degree perspective.
Reached out and asked for me to fill out a word document and return it to them. Basic behavioral questions, list of skills and a surprising amount of personal information at this stage.

Interview
Take a coding quiz that's out of 20. You must get 17 right or it's an automatic rejection. Also you take the Predictive Index personality test. Basically, if the test doesn't show that you're dominant then it's an automatic rejection.
