The interview was held in their office with two interviewers. I was asked pretty standard questions about how to deal with challenges in the classroom, my philosophy on education, etc. Then, they had me perform a mock lesson that was prepared in advance. No big surprises.

I met with the interviewer at a cafe. There, we went over my resume and she asked me about my experiences and challenges in the classroom, Overall, what ended up happening was we ended up sitting and just going over what was expected of me, and me proving that I could handle it.
