Very easy interview process, no prior experience is needed for TC Tech. Did an online interview first, then went and did a tour of the lab. They train you to do all the work and you get to learn a lot. Overall very clean lab and interesting work. The work is repetitive for TC Tech but there are opportunities to grow.
